Children & Young People

I’m proud to work alongside and under the guidance of a range of professionals to support children & young people in the most fundamental stages of their lives. These are; occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech & language therapists, teachers, social workers, and educational psychologists.

I have nineteen years of experience working with children from the age of 0-24 giving me a welfare of knowledge.

I can support with;

  • Gross Motor Exercises – Helping children practice their balance and coordination through activities like obstacle courses, ball skills, hopping, or walking on balance beams.
  • Fine Motor Skill Games: Support activities that improve hand-eye coordination, such as bead stringing, puzzle building, or picking up small objects with tweezers.
  • Sensory Play: Engage children in sensory-rich activities like playing with sand, water, play-dough or textured materials to enhance sensory processing skills.
  • Stretching and Strengthening: Support children in gentle stretches to improve flexibility, posture, and muscle strength provided by a Physiotherapist.
